About Me
Thank you for visiting my site! My name is Erik Zwerling, a 30-year Bay Area resident, the last 21-years living in Oakland.

As a veteran product & project manager with over 23 years experience, I managed the development, publishing, and operations of interactive products for companies such as Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Disney Interactive, and Dictionary.com. I have managed multi-million dollar budgets for family friendly brands such as Sesame Street, Dr. Seuss, Scooby-Doo, Myst, Diner Dash, and MySims.
One day, I realized that even though I was good at developing products millions of people enjoyed, I didn’t find the work fulfilling. However, after some self-discovery, I found I was always happiest at work when I was helping coworkers through moments of frustration.
When I put some thought to it, I realized throughout my entire life I had a consistent pattern of wanting to to help family, friends, and peers with problems whenever able. I always enjoyed their satisfaction and gratitude when I helped them deal with problems frustrating them.
My desire to help others comes from a credo I’ve striven to live by, whereby I want my life defined by acts of kindness performed to repair the world. I strive to apply this credo to both my personal and professional lives. As founder of Make Life EZ, I want to continue bringing acts of kindness to my clients, making their lives easier and happier.
